Ingredients:
• 1 jar Royal Bolognese – Wine & Cocoa sauce
• 250g lasagna sheets
• 500g ricotta or béchamel sauce
• 200g mozzarella, shredded
• 100g Parmesan, grated
• Olive oil, salt, pepper
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly oil a baking dish.
2. Spread a thin layer of Bolognese sauce, then cover with lasagna sheets.
3. Add ricotta or béchamel, sprinkle mozzarella, then another layer of sauce. Repeat layers.
4. Finish with sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan on top.
5. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling. Let rest before serving.
Pairing:
A rich Italian red like
Barbera d’Alba or Chianti Classico.
