Return & Refund Policy

At Sapori di Vera, we stand by the quality of our sauces and want every customer to be delighted with their order.

Returns

Because our sauces are perishable food products, we cannot accept returns of opened jars for health and safety reasons. Please check your delivery upon arrival and store jars as directed.

Unopened jars may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Sealed, unused, and in their original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like a replacement for another flavor, please place a new order once your refund is processed.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
