Ingredients):

• 1 jar Royal Bolognese – Wine & Cocoa sauce

• 500g potato gnocchi (fresh or packaged)

• Grated Parmesan or Pecorino

• Olive oil

• Fresh basil

• Mozzarela


Steps:

1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions until they float.

2. Heat Royal Bolognese sauce in a large pan.

3. Transfer gnocchi straight into the sauce, toss gently.

4. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle Parmesan and basil.

5. Top with Mozzarela di bufala
