Ingredients:
• 1 jar Crazy Arrabbiata – Mango & Chili sauce
• 200g spaghetti
• 200g king prawns (peeled, deveined)
• 2 cloves garlic, sliced
• Olive oil, salt, pepper
• Fresh parsley or coriander
• Optional: squeeze of lime
Steps:
1. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add prawns, cook until pink (2–3 min).
3. Pour in Mango & Chili sauce, simmer for 5 min. Add pasta water if needed for texture.
4. Toss pasta with sauce and prawns.
5. Serve with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime.
Pairing:
A mineral-driven Albariño or Verdejo.
