Mango & Chili Shakshuka

Ingredients:

• 1 jar Crazy Arrabbiata – Mango & Chili sauce

• 3–4 eggs

• 1 small onion, chopped

• Olive oil

• Fresh parsley or coriander

• Crusty bread for serving


Steps:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion until soft.

2. Add Mango & Chili sauce, simmer gently for 1–2 minutes.

3. Make small wells and crack eggs into the sauce. Cover and cook until eggs are set but yolks are runny.

4. Garnish with herbs, serve with bread.
