Spicy Mango & Chili Pizza

Ingredients (serves 2–3):

• 1 jar Crazy Arrabbiata – Mango & Chili sauce

• 1 fresh pizza dough or base

• 200g mozzarella

• 1 red onion, thinly sliced

• Fresh chili slices (optional, for extra heat)

• Fresh basil leaves

• Olive oil


Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Roll out pizza dough on a tray.

2. Spread Mango & Chili sauce generously over the base.

3. Add mozzarella, onion, and chili slices.

4. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is crisp and cheese melts.

5. Garnish with basil, drizzle with olive oil, serve hot.


Pairing: 

A crisp Vermentino or Sauvignon Blanc.
